Doc Strong

Getting in shape & maintaining a healthy lifestyle is NOT an easy task!  Being healthy & physically fit includes exercising, preventing injury, and executing a proper diet. I have all of the tools necessary to EXCEED your fitness goals. Whether you want to train to lose weight, build muscle, or you're an athlete needing elite level training - I will design a perfect program custom-tailored to YOUR GOALS.

THIS IS WHAT I DO.

I believe in providing my clients with a PROVEN, EFFECTIVE, AFFORDABLE way to reach their health & fitness goals. I don’t believe in ripping people off to get healthy! I REFUSE to charge $30-$75 for a 1/2 hour of training. What the hell are you doing in a 30 min. training session besides getting ripped off?  I’ve created personal training packages that are AFFORDABLE & CUSTOM designed based on the busy lives of my clients.

Stop in the gym any time and train - no appointment necessary. Sessions last AS LONG AS YOU CAN HANDLE. Just show up with a good attitude, ready to work, and I'll take care of the rest. I'm all about one thing: RESULTS. If that's what you're about, call me at (267) 315-4810 today or stop in anytime during open gym hours.

Whatever your goals are - I can help you get there.

My husband, Charlie, and I started training with Doc after we retired. While we can see and feel the benefits of training, a recent incident underscored the difference that our increased strength and improved physical fitness makes in quality of life. When we arrived in Paris, we decided to take the metro to our hotel rather than hail a cab. The station near our hotel did not have an elevator, and there we stood, at the bottom of a significant stairway with our 40-plus pound suitcases. Without missing a beat, Charlie grabbed one suitcase in each hand, and carried them up the long stairway, without difficulty. If this had been a year ago, we might still be at the bottom of the stairs!
